We follow a business model where entire front office is maintained
in our NY office from Downtown Manhattan head-quarter and actual
back-office operations are performed in India. In this way, we are
always close to our American clients and offer them 24X7 feedback
from NY itself.
All the contractual negotiations, billing and payment collection
is done from NY and therefore clients need not worry about the involvement
of our Indian back-office operations. Indian operations are just
to save your costs, and not to increase your interaction burden.
