Intercom Online is amongst the first few companies in India to provide Insurance Claim Coding services to the US Health Insurance Industry since last 3 years. Today we employ 65 full time trained personnel, working in two shifts, converting the hard copy Insurance Claim forms into client specific electronic format and delivering the processed data within the 24 hour Turn-Around-Time. We take up Commercial Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Medicare and CAMPUS Claims covering HCFA 1500, UB 92 and Dental forms. We also take up hospital specific forms to be filled in the database.

One of our clients also is using our scanning services as well. The forms are sent to our NY office where they are scanned and uploaded for the Indian back-office. The originals are shipped back to the client.
